At Mareviano, your satisfaction is important to us.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Returns

To qualify for a return, please make sure:

• Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving the order

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, including tags and packaging

• Items labeled as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable are not eligible for return

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@mareviano.com and include your order number along with the reason for the return.

Once your request is reviewed, we will send return instructions, including packaging and tracking details.

After the returned item arrives and is inspected, you will be informed whether your refund has been approved or declined.

Important:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our side.

Refunds

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

If a return does not meet our requirements (for example signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging), the item will be returned to you without a refund.

Exchanges

Mareviano does not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.
